Rack oven is usefull for dough and food production in bakeries,pastry shops, hotels and restaurants.
The baking and fermentation chambers are made entirely of stainless steel of AISI 304 quality.
Electrical or gas heating provide equal temperature in every spot by adjustable air canals and two fans.
There is a steam generator and a steam discharge system inside.
Fermentation room supplied optionally, provide fermentation to products which involve yeast and warm storage of baked products for prolonged periods under right humid conditions. |
