The main body and rounding plates are made of special aluminum alloy. The aluminum drum rounds the dough in a ball shape by rotating to the clockwise direction. The ventilation system prevents the dough from sticking in the grooves and flour sprinkling mechanism keeps the dough from sticking to the baskets of the Dough Intermediate Proofer machine. |
